Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your Navaya cover. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Changed your mind?
If you change your mind, you can return your cover within the legal return period of 14 days from the day it arrives. To be eligible, your cover should be unused and unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Simply email us at returns@navayababy.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you everything you need. Please get in touch before sending anything back, so we can make sure it reaches us safely.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is covered by you. We'd recommend a tracked service, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost on their way back to us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your cover arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll put it right. Email us at returns@navayababy.co.uk with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll cover the return postage and arrange a refund, replacement or exchange, whichever works best for you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your refund
Once we've received and checked your cover, we'll confirm your refund and return it to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within a few working days, and always within 14 days. Where required by law, refunds include the original standard delivery cost.
A note on hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept a return where the cover shows signs of use, washing or wear, or is returned without its original packaging.
