Refund policy

You can return your cover within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, it should be unused and unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Email returns@navayababy.co.uk with your order number before returning anything. We will provide a prepaid UK returns label and explain the next steps.

Once we have received and checked your cover, we will confirm your refund and return it to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within a few working days.

If your cover arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return postage and arrange a refund, replacement or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
