What is the Navaya breastfeeding cover made from?

100% cotton with a soft, breathable finish — lightweight enough for warmer days but with enough coverage to feel secure. All hardware, including the buttons and sliders, is premium and nickel-free.

What size is it?

The cover measures 100cm x 70cm — generous enough for full coverage without feeling bulky.

How do I use it?

Place the neck strap over your head and adjust it until it sits comfortably. Wrap the back strap around you and loosen or tighten it for the level of coverage you want. When you're done, the whole thing folds back into its built-in pouch — so it takes up almost no space in your bag.

Can I wash it?

Yes. We recommend a cool gentle machine wash with similar colours. Before washing, fasten the buttons to protect the hardware and place the cover in a laundry bag or pillowcase. Air dry flat or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying — this helps the fabric and shape last longer.

Will it fit all body types?

Yes. The cover is designed as one universal size with an adjustable neck strap and back strap, so it fits comfortably across a wide range of body types. You don't need to choose a size — just adjust it to suit you.

About the app

Is the app included with my cover?

Yes. Every Navaya cover comes with the Navaya Baby Tracking App, free. There's no subscription and nothing extra to buy — comparable baby tracking apps charge around £49 a year, and it's included with your cover.

What does the app do?

It's a calm companion for everything around the feed. One-tap tracking for feeds, nappies, sleep and medicine; a logbook with the weekly summaries your midwife asks for; Sage, a judgement-free assistant for breastfeeding questions grounded in NHS, WHO, NICE and IBCLC guidance; a shared account so both parents stay in sync; and a going-out checklist to make leaving the house easier.

Do I need to download anything from an app store?

No. You add the app to your phone's home screen straight from the web, and it works on any phone — iPhone or Android. It updates automatically, so you're always on the latest version.

Orders and delivery

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free via Royal Mail Tracked 48. At launch, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How long will delivery take?

We normally dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or for remote destinations.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at launch. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We plan to introduce tracked delivery to selected European countries and the United States once duties, taxes and delivery charges can be shown clearly at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your cover within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost. If your cover ever arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll cover the return postage and sort out a refund, replacement or exchange. How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours of you placing your order, check your spam folder first — and if it's not there, get in touch with us and we'll sort it out.
