Tab 01 — Feed

Your feeding timer,
always ready.

We designed the Feed tab to be the one thing you reach for in those bleary first weeks. Open it, start the timer, and let the app remember everything else.

Feed light mode
Feed dark mode
✦ Smart side trackingTap to start a feed and the app records which side you’re on. When you finish, it remembers and suggests the other side for next time. No more guessing at 3am.
✦ Live feed timerThe timer runs from the moment you tap Start, right through to Finish Feed. Duration is saved automatically to your Logbook — you don’t have to think about it.
✦ How did that feed go?After each feed you can rate it — Tough, Okay, Good, Great, or Amazing. These build up into a weekly mood picture you can look back on and feel proud of.
✦ Personalised to youAdd your name and your baby’s name so the app greets you personally. A rotating quote sits at the top of every session — grounded in breastfeeding science.
✦ Light and dark modeToggle between light and dark with a single tap. Dark mode is particularly kind during night feeds when you’d rather not be blinded.

Tab 02 — Nappy

Track what tells you
your baby is thriving.

Nappy output is one of the clearest signs your baby is getting enough milk. We made logging it as quick and frictionless as possible — because you have about ten seconds before something else needs your attention.

Nappy main view
Nappy colour picker
✦ Three-tap loggingChoose Wee, Poo, or Both — that’s it. The timestamp is set to right now, and you can edit it if needed. Then tap Log nappy. Done.
✦ Poo colour trackingWhen you log a poo, a colour picker appears — mustard, yellow, green, brown, black. Select the match and the app shows a plain-English health note, like what green poo can indicate.
✦ At-a-glance daily statsTime since last change, wees today, and poos today — the three numbers a midwife or health visitor will always ask about. You’ll always have the answer.
✦ Scrollable historyEvery logged nappy sits in a timestamped list below. Entries are colour-coded with a dot, showing type and time. Delete any entry with a single tap.

Tab 03 — Logbook

Your whole journey,
in one place.

The Logbook brings everything together. It’s the tab you’ll open when you want to understand how things are going — and the one you’ll thank yourself for keeping when you see your GP or health visitor.

Logbook daily
Logbook insights
✦ Today at a glanceFeeds today with total time, wet nappies, and dirty nappies — all visible the moment you open the tab. No scrolling needed for the numbers that matter most right now.
✦ Day-by-day entriesEvery day summarised in one line — feeds, nappies, medicines, total time, and mood average. Tap into any day for full detail. It becomes a diary of your early weeks.
✦ Weekly insightsA rolling 7-day view: bar chart of feeds per day, mood ratings, average feed duration, average gap between feeds, dirty nappies, and medicines given. Invaluable at a health appointment.
✦ Add entries at any timeThe + button lets you backlog a feed, nappy, or medicine if you forgot in the moment. Life happens — the app keeps up.
Medicine logging

Medicine logging

Every dose, noted.

When your baby is unwell, keeping track of what was given and when is genuinely difficult. Log Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Amoxicillin or other medicines with dose, date, time, and notes — plus an NHS dosing reference so you’re never left guessing.

Tab 04 — Sage

A knowledgeable friend
always awake.

Breastfeeding questions don’t wait for office hours. Sage is an AI advisor who gives honest, evidence-based answers at any hour — grounded in NHS, WHO, NICE, and IBCLC guidance. Not generic internet advice. Just calm, accurate support.

Sage welcome
Sage response
✦ Ask anythingType any breastfeeding question. There are no wrong questions. Sage responds in plain English — thoughtful, clear, and without unnecessary alarm.
✦ Suggested starter questionsSix common questions are shown when you open Sage — like “My latch feels painful, is this normal?” or “How do I know if my baby is getting enough milk?” Tap any one for an instant answer.
✦ Grounded in trusted guidanceEvery response draws from NHS, WHO, NICE, UNICEF, La Leche League, and IBCLC sources — the same information a lactation consultant would share, in a conversation, at any hour.
✦ Calm, not clinicalAnswers are nuanced and reassuring — like a knowledgeable friend rather than a medical textbook. For anything urgent, Sage will always direct you to your GP, midwife, or health visitor.

Tab 05 — Prepare

Leave the house
with confidence.

Feeding in public is something many new mums build up to gradually. The Prepare tab is a simple checklist you run through before you leave, so when the moment comes, you know you have everything you need.

Prepare tab
✦ Pre-set essentialsThe checklist comes pre-loaded with the things that matter — Navaya cover packed, water bottle filled, phone charged, breast pads, muslin, snacks. Ticked items are crossed through, so it’s satisfying to work through.
✦ Customisable to youAdd your own items or remove ones you don’t need. Make the list yours — whether that means adding nipple cream, a dummy, or a favourite comfort item.
✦ Progress barA simple progress bar fills as you tick items off. There’s something genuinely reassuring about seeing it complete before you step out the door.
✦ Reset for next timeTap Reset checklist and everything clears, ready for your next outing. No fuss.

Sharing & Account

Both of you,
always in sync.

Feeding a newborn is a team effort. The family tab connects two accounts so both partners see the same feeds, nappies and medicine log in real time — no more "did you log that?" moments at 3am.

Your Family sharing screen
✦ Connect your partner in secondsInvite them by email and your family group is live. Both accounts instantly share the same logbook — no setup, no fuss.
✦ One logbook, two parentsEvery feed, nappy and medicine logged by either of you appears for both. Perfect for shift feeding, working parents, or anyone sharing the care.
✦ Sync with a single tapTap Sync now to pull the latest entries across. Both of you always see the same picture of how feeding is going — even if one of you was asleep.
✦ Secure account managementSign in with your email, update your name, and manage your account from one place. Your data stays yours.

Ready to begin? Everything is waiting for you.
